• Baptism Certificate (copy)
• Immunisation Records AIR (copy)
• Medicare Card details

• Kindy Applications: 24 months prior to commencement date is recommended
• Pre-Kindy & PP-6 Applications: 12 months prior to commencement recommended
• Immunisations (recorded on Enrolment Register): Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) history statement (under 2 months old).
• For Pre-Kindy and Kindy this must be showing up to date or on an approved catch-up schedule OR an Immunisation Certificate declared by the Chief Health Officer OR a Family Circumstance Exemption (see Principal)
• International Immunisations: must be transferred to AIR (if applicable)
• Medicare Card (recorded on Enrolment Register)

You will be provided with the following. Please read, understand and sign the following:

• Digital Images Permission
• Excursion Permission
• Student Information Form

Following your interview:

• Pre-Kindy: Letters of offer will be communicated before Week 2 of Term 4
• Kindy: Letters of offer will be communicated before Week 2 of Term 3
• PP-6: Letters of Offer will be communicated within 7 days

To “Accept” the “Offer” the school must receive the completed and signed “Enrolment Agreement” within 14 days from the date on the letter.

• Parent Information Sessions are held for Pre-Kindy, Kindy and Pre-Primary in the year prior to starting. You will be provided with a copy of the school handbook. Your Letter of Offer will include details about this.
• Fee Statements will be issued midway through Term 1
